Desk : Today, while ASI B.K.Bal & Staff of RPF Puri were engaged for performing train escorting duty in train No.02145 [LTT-Puri] Express, received one Rail Madad complaint through toll-free No.139 reg.missing/left behind of bag of one Bonafide passenger namely Akash Ku Nayak, who was traveling Ex-LLT to Bhubaneswar, Coach No.S-3, Seat No.23. On receipt of the complainant RPF Staff of Puri attended the indicated Coach & could able to recovered the missing/left behind bag and subsequently matter informed to the concern Passenger over his cell Phone. On receipt of information the above named Passenger requested to keep the recovered bag at RPF Post Puri till his reaching at Puri.

Accordingly on the morning of 12.05.2021 at about-05.00 am, the above named Passenger attended RPF Post Puri and informed that, basically he is from Mayurbhanj Dist. & he was working in a private company at Mumbai, but due to Covid/lockdown, he returned from Mumbai by train No.02145 [LTT-Puri] Express, during his journey when the train was standing at Sambalpur Railway Station, he get down to purchase some food items keeping behind his luggages on his seat, but after schedule stoppage the train was started from SBP & he couldn’t picked the train. As his luggages/bag was keep in his seat, so he dailed Rail Madad No.139 [toll-free] & requested about left behind his bag. Finally the recovered bag containing clothes, educational documents, wrist watch handed over to him said IIC Puri RPF Anil Kumar Singh. After received the same he appreciated the quick action of RPF Staff of Puri.
